PARSIPPANY, N.J.— Jeffrey J. Wolfe, 59, long-time director of Management Information Systems/IT for Safilo USA, passed away on April 14 at Hackensack University Medical Center in Hackensack, N.J. Employed by Safilo USA in various roles of increasing responsibility for over 35 years, “Wolfe was a valued member of the Safilo team since Oct. 12, 1981 and will be greatly missed,” according to an announcement from the company. He was also a member of the Kokushikai Judo Academy, in Fairlawn, N.J., earning the level of Black Belt and was an active referee. Wolfe is survived by his beloved wife of 25 years Janis (nee Falk) Wolfe; his devoted son Josh Wolfe; his loving brother Jon Wolfe; and his life-long friend Adam Roller. There was a memorial visitation held on April 20 at Biondi’s Funeral Home in Nutley, N.J.
