Eye/LOEWE/Nature Continues Sustainable, Technical Statement for FW19

Proceeds from the collection will go toward fighting plastic pollution.

LOEWE has returned with the second installment of its Eye/LOEWE/Nature collection, presenting more technical-heavy pieces primed for the outdoors. The latest lookbook features former world champion swimmer Ning Zetao and British actor Russell Tovey, who respectively take to Zumaia, Spain and Botany Bay, England to showcase utilitarian goods such as jackets, fleeces and heavy-duty sacks.

Parkas constructed with waterproof capabilities are featured prominently and have been designed with earth tones including orange, forest green and yellow, reflecting the colors of nature. The brand has also utilized a blend of recycled and organic cotton to craft its T-shirts, bringing an element of sustainability to the mix. Other standouts include the Brisbane yarn half-zip sweater, which is marked with a psychedelic pattern and the label’s signature “Eye” emblem. Accessories such as canvas totes, messenger bags, and calfskin leather hiking boots round it all out.

To strengthen its environmentally-friendly message, LOEWE will continue to donate a portion of the proceeds toward fighting plastic pollution. Browse the images above for a closer look at the range, and to shop styles now visit LOEWE’s webstore or select retailers like HBX.
