Kenzo and Vans are behind this summer's perfect capsule collection

It's the collaboration of the moment: after several creative unions in tandem, Kenzo and Vans are back with a Spring/Summer 2020 capsule inspired by skateboarding culture.

This summer, Kenzo is once again teaming up with Vans, the Californian shoe brand with skateboard influences, for a colorful collection that fuses the DNA of the two labels. This is the very first collaboration with Vans imagined by Felipe Oliveira Baptista, who was appointed creative director of Kenzo in July 2019.

Kenzo x Vans, a new era

This collaboration includes Kenzo's signature floral prints that complement the Hi-Sk8 sneakers and Vans Old-Skool sneakers, available in three different designs, in an all-over look, right down to the base of the shoe. To take things a step further, these objects of desire are accompanied by a ready-to-wear and accessories collection composed of a series of unisex pieces ranging from an illustrated t-shirt to sweatpants, a logo hoodie and a denim jacket, all infused with the good vibes of California. The star piece? The limited edition Kenzo skateboard, made in partnership with The Skateroom, the profits of which will be donated to a social project aimed at helping young Jamaicans in need, to be found in all Kenzo stores and on the company's online shop.
