The collection releases on Friday.

Adidas Originals and Sporty & Rich come together again to celebrate off-court tennis style with an apparel, accessories and footwear collection. The sportswear company and Emily Oberg’s brand are collaborating on two signature Adidas silhouettes from different sporting eras: the 2000s-inspired Adizero Adios and the 1970s Adidas Originals Blanc.

The Adizero Adios Sporty & Rich arrives in two classic colorways: green and midnight navy. They feature a two-tone mesh upper, gradient three stripes, an adiprene outsole and subtle branded details.

The Adidas Originals Blanc Sporty & Rich sneaker is made in two inverted constructions: one in white leather with green suede stripes and one in green suede with white leather stripes. Both of the retro looks are then finished with tennis racket lace charms and co-branded details.

The apparel in the collection features court-inspired pieces in colors such as white, navy blue and green. It features a polo, a graphic T-shirt, a tank top, shorts, skorts and a heavy knit, V-neck sweater. The collection also features a classic canvas bag and accompanying caps.

Oberg founded Sporty & Rich in 2014 as a brand that focused on vintage sportswear tied with luxury. S&R began as an Instagram mood board, followed by a print magazine and, later, a small assortment of apparel. Oberg continues to serve as the brand’s visual director, overseeing everything from design and marketing to casting, production, social strategy, collaborations and art direction. Oberg recently entered the sexual wellness space, launching Sensual Sport earlier this year.

Adidas Originals first partnered with the Los Angeles-based brand to launch an apparel and footwear collection in November 2022. “Working with Adidas proved very seamless,” Oberg told WWD at the time. “I was surprised they were even interested in working with me at first, but I’m glad they were. A lot of big brands often have so much red tape to go through, but they are an easygoing company. They loved what we do at Sporty & Rich, so they trusted what we were going to design and gave us total creative freedom.”

The latest Adidas Originals and Sporty & Rich collection launches on Friday on sportyandrich.com and adidas.com.
