Celebrities Front Row at Givenchy Spring 2026: Charlize Theron, Jenna Ortega and More

WOMAN’S HOUR: A cadre of powerful women turned out for Sarah Burton’s sophomore show for Givenchy.
With a bigger venue — a tent in front of Les Invalides in Paris, versus an intimate salon presentation last season — came a deeper bench of talent. Charlize Theron turned heads in a white suit worn over a black bra and rhinestone chain top, while Jenna Ortega opted for a red naked dress with a ruffled off-the-shoulder neckline.
After the show, the American actress chatted animatedly with her “Wednesday” costar Gwendoline Christie. The previous night, the pair took in Christian Louboutin’s American football-themed extravaganza.
“I just felt very happy to be with one of my favorite female costars ever,” Christie said. “I feel like Sarah’s vision is a very realistic one. We can wear her clothes, they are about women, but they take us to different places. There is a wild flamboyance.”
Cynthia Erivo was busy planning her outfits for the press tour of “Wicked: For Good,” set to hit U.S. screens Nov. 17. “We’re getting ready. It’s very exciting. There’s lots of things that we’re looking at and starting to design and put together,” she said.
While it may seem like Erivo and her costar Ariana Grande color-coordinated green and pink outfits for the entire duration of the original “Wicked” press tour, Erivo maintained they made no concerted effort.
“Perception: it’s like people have seen green, but I haven’t worn green, really, at all. I wore loads of dark colors and silver,” she said. “We’ll shift it a little bit, just because of the journey that Elphaba goes on this time round. She’s older, you know.”
Singer Raye was doing the rounds in a skintight fishnet halterneck gown. “Oh, this dress makes me feel everything a dress should make a girl feel, which is comfortable, fashionable and snatched in the correct places,” she exclaimed.
Rooney Mara, the face of Givenchy’s L’Interdit fragrance, had worn both a Burton design and a dress from 1956 at the Cannes Film Festival, and couldn’t choose between the two. “It’s quite nerve wracking to wear something like that, because it’s so delicate and so precious, but they both feel equally as special and beautiful,” she said.
Mara will appear with her sister Kate next year in a film directed by Werner Herzog, who at 83 appears to have lost none of his verve. “It’s called ‘Bucking Fastard,’” she deadpanned.
