Innovative presentations never fail to catch one’s attention. Replacing the traditional runway, French luxury fashion house Celine transformed the sunbathed Promenade des Anglais in Nice, France, into a picturesque set for the house’s summer 2022 campaign.
Directed by Hedi Slimane, the campaign video titled Baie des Anges features Diana Silvers, Kaia Gerber, Suzanne Lindon, and South Korean girl group BLACKPINK rapper Lalisa Manoban. The town’s scenic landmarks such as the town hall of Nice, Le Negresco Hotel, as well as Villa Masséna Museum and L’Observatoire de Nice serve as beautiful backgrounds as the models strut and present the collection. Pieces highlighted in the collection include shades with modern hues and shapes, bodycon dresses, knit jumpers, all-print bucket hats, a variety of handbags, and small accessory pieces embellished with the brand’s logo.
