Givenchy Beauty unveils Festive Winter Escape experience on Roblox

The luxury brand has updated its Beauty House on the gaming platform to include a festive chalet to promote its 2023 Holiday Collection



Givenchy Beauty has launched a Festive Winter Escape experience on Roblox to bring its 2023 Holiday Collection to life.


Situated in the French cosmetics brand’s pre-existing house on the gaming platform, the snow-covered chalet enables visitors to explore its festive offering in an immersive way.  


Players can update their avatar with limited edition looks from Givenchy’s Christmas range at the chalet’s virtual make-up stations.


This includes digital application of Prisme Libre Skin-Caring highlighter and new shades from the brand’s Le Rouge lipstick range and Le 9.10 eyeshadows palettes. 


The experience also features spaces devoted to Givenchy’s best selling fragrances L’Interdit, Irresistible and Gentleman so visitors can learn more about the scents.


An array of exclusive prizes are up for grabs, including virtual earrings inspired by Givency’s Christmas lipsticks, which have been created by content creator Bailey Drabek. 


As well as a digital version of the brand’s Voyou Bag, which players can claim after completing Givenchy Beauty’s Christmas Tree obstacle course.

Players can also perform ski tricks on the ice rink and show off their dancing skills on the igloo dancefloor.  


An exclusive gifting code redeemable on Givenchy Beauty’s website is also hidden within the digital world.


This is not Givenchy Beauty’s first metaverse activation. 


The brand first launched on Roblox in June 2022 and has had more than 10.7 million visitors to its Givenchy Beauty House since. 


The LVMH-owned brand’s 2023 festive digital space has been created in collaboration with creative and strategic consultancy Doppelgänger.

“With the launch of Festive Winter Escape, Givenchy can offer beauty fans worldwide an enhanced retail experience.


“Where they can enjoy the holiday season both in-store and online, while also engaging and attracting a new, digital-savvy generation of shoppers.”
