Swarovski celebrates 125 years of sparkling crystal worlds

For 125 years, Swarovski has been illuminating the world with its commitment to crystal craft. Swarovski Eyewear, under license from Marcolin, is celebrating this milestone with the introduction of the “125th Anniversary Collection”, two sunglasses in the brand's iconic blue.

Swarovski is known for its specially cut crystal glass. The company was founded in 1895 in Wattens / Tyrol, Austria, by the glass cutter Daniel Swarovski, and today it develops, produces and sells high-quality crystals, synthetic gemstones and real gemstones as well as jewelry, accessories and lighting solutions.

The Kristallwelten museum was opened as a tourist attraction in Wattens in 1995 to mark the centenary of the Kristall company .

For its 125th birthday, the Swarovski Eyewear Collection is presenting special eyewear models and revisiting the brand's iconic blue. Like no other, this extraordinary deep blue achieves maturity, wisdom and generosity at the same time and also embodies the eternal feeling of amazement and joy that unfold when you open every Swarovski box.
