Thélios, the eyewear company of LVMH (Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton), has announced a strategic partnership with the luxury French fashion house, Givenchy.

The long-term partnership is for the exclusive design, development, manufacture and global distribution of Givenchy Eyewear, working with Givenchy’s creative director, Matthew M. Williams, on the product developments.

The spring 2022 collection will be released on 1 January 2022 and distributed in Givenchy’s boutiques and website, as well as across the Thélios network of practices and retailers.

Describing Givenchy as the “quintessence of contemporary Parisian elegance,” Sara Osculati, chief brand and product officer of Thélios, said: “We are proud to welcome Givenchy and Matthew M. Williams to our family of LVMH Maisons and look forward to achieving great things together.”

The partnership is expected to expand Thélios’ eyewear category.

CEO of Givenchy, Renaud de Lesquen, commented: “We are delighted to partner with Thélios, a company that is setting new standards in the eyewear industry with Italian craftsmanship and selective distribution. We believe that, together, we can develop exciting and exceptional eyewear that will take Givenchy to a new level in this product category.”
